This letter is to verify your 2011-2012 tryout request and to disclose the terms of the agreement. Universal Cheerleaders Association (“UCA”) will provide you the service of securing a head judge for you, our valued customer.
The judges will be working as independent contractors, and all payments will be made directly to them.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- The head judge, who is either a current /former member of the UCA Staff, or a current/former cheerleader, will be your contact person. This person will secure additional requested judges while taking into consideration your special requests. Once assigned, you are responsible for all communication with the head judge appointed to you. You will also be responsible for communicating your school's tryout procedures with the judges prior to the tryout.
- A limited number of requests will be fufilled per day based on the availability of head judges. We will also make every effort to fulfill any special request. However, with the large number of individual tryouts being conducted across the region on any given day, you are not guaranteed a full panel of UCA Staff, or the fulfillment of your special request. The head judge will secure your additional judges which may include current or former cheerleaders, coaches, and/or advisors. The judges will provide you with all necessary information needed to make payment directly to these individuals. This payment is established on an independent contract basis between your school and the individuals.
- With the judges acting as independent contractors for your school, UCA is not liable for incidents, if any should occur, before, during, or after your tryouts. For the judges privacy and protection, UCA will not disclose any judge’s personal information to the public after your tryout, except to officials from your school if requested.
