It takes more than just talent to become a member of the UCA Staff. Along with the right cheerleading skills, UCA looks for young men and women possessing character and enthusiasm, as well as teamwork and leadership skills. Of the more than 1,000 that apply, only the very best are chosen!
During UCA camp, you'll get to know our staff as mentors, teachers and friends. But they'll also become your squads new Big Sis or Brother, helping you to plan your year and learn by having fun!
