Favorite aspect of cheerleading: Leadership! I love to see young people develop leadership skills and confidence through cheerleading that they will carry for the rest of their lives.
Advice: You as a coach have the opportunity to positively shape the lives of each cheerleader un your program! Be knowledgeable, encouraging, and consistent. Have enthusiasm and be STRONG motivator for your teams. Be up to date on the latest stunt techniques and safety standards. Start each season off by coming to UCA Summer Camps to jumpstart success and keep it going strong all year long!

Favorite aspect of cheerleading: The comradery that is developed through the experience of a cheerleading season. You may forget the cheer you did you senior year - but you will never forget who you cheered with and the good times you had with them!
Advice: You are in a position to make a difference in your cheerleaders lives because they represent you and your program wherever they go... by setting the tone of your cheer program with integrity, good sportsmanship, discipline, and FUN - your cheerleaders will carry these values with them throughout their life experiences!

Favorite aspect of cheerleading: I love everything about cheerleading and can remember some of my best memories from cheering in High School and College. Game Day was always my favorite aspect of cheerleading because of the anticipation and tradition!
Advice: Plan early! It is never too early to start preparing for the next cheer season. Use your resources and get educated on cheerleading safety and the newest trends. Remember if you have FUN then your cheerleaders will too!

Favorite aspect of cheerleading: Cheerleading has given me the opportunities to not only grow as a person, but to also meet people that I will never forget. The amazing friendships that I have made in the cheerleading world will last forever!
