To help you coach more efficiently and effectively, we have developed the UCA 5-Star Coaches Pro-gram. Offered only at UCA camp, the program pro-vides a complete overview of the "job of a cheer coach" and focuses on the 5 directives of the modern cheer coach. Ever wonder how to beat that summer camp date dilemma because everyone has already made summer vacation plans? Here’s what to do….choose a camp date well ahead of your tryout.
At tryouts, inform every one of the dates that you have selected for summer camp.
Letting them know in advance allows everyone to make plans around your team’s schedule.
While you’re making plans, don’t forget to reserve your tryout judges early!

This camp will focus on teaching your team the new stunts for 2010. You and your team can expect stunts, transitions, pyramids, and more stunts!! We also have a special guest representative from Performance enhancing company to train your cheerleaders on exercises that will help your cheerleaders to perform better! Just think… your squad will learn lots of new stunts, get their own personal training session on performance enhancement, and work with TOP UCA instructors from around the region! Not to forget, they get to go to the Magic Springs Park…. FUN!!

Secure Judges by contacting your UCA State Director, Kraig Jimenez. We usually need about 2 weeks notice to get your judges staffed, so please go ahead and submit your requests.
We will send you professional judges who are current or former UCA staff members, or have collegiate cheerleading experience. Are you also in need of someone to teach material at your tryout clinics. UCA Arkansas can help!! We can also send instructors to your school to teach your tryout applicants the tryout material. If you need any help at all, with any process of your tryouts, please contact your State Director, Kraig Jimenez. |
