You Could be the Next Spirit Coach of the Year!

NFHS Spirit Association recognizes outstanding high school spirit coaches through its National Coach of the Year Award. All Candidates nominated will be judged on their significant and/or long-term contributions to interscholastic spirit programs. All nominees also must exemplify the highest standards of sportsmanship, ethical conduct, and moral character and carry the endorsement of their respective state high school associations. One coach from each state will be selected by the state association and sent to the judging committee.

The winning coach will receive a trip to Orlando, FL for the NHSCC!

In the application, nominees must describe their careers as a coach, special honors and achievements, their coaching mission statement in 100 words or less, their professional affiliations and achievements, and community service involvement.

All you have to do is follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Fill out an application

2. Send to State Association by December 1.

3. They will decide the state winner. After that you are put in the sectional competition!
